How Does the Business Work?

Help Businesses Find Exceptional Talent At A Fraction of The Usual Cost

While Building a New Opportunity for Yourself

Once businesses discover they can hire top-tier talent at a fraction of their usual cost, do you think they’ll ever return to their old hiring method?

*These are just average rates. Salaries and benefits still depend on candidate’s experience, asking salary and location.

With Most Roles Now Remote,

Growth Knows No Borders

Here are just a few examples of the roles Satellite Teams Franchise Owners can help clients fill.

Our Straightforward and Scalable Structure

Every step from sourcing and screening to onboarding, payroll, and compliance, has been designed for a seamless experience for candidates, clients and franchisees.

Recruitment Process

STEP 1

Scope Job Requirements

With your recruiter’s help, your client defines the job description which includes the job title, responsibilities, experience, hard and soft skills, location, language requirements etc.

STEP 2

Source Candidates

Your recruiter will start sourcing for candidates through personal network, referrals, or by posting on online job boards.

STEP 3

Shortlist Candidates

Your recruiter will do an initial screening to assess candidate’s skills, competencies, qualifications, experience, communication skills and cultural fit. Using our salary calculator, your recruiter then determines the appropriate rate to charge the client. Your recruiter endorses shortlisted candidates to clients for screening and interview.

STEP 4

Select Top Candidates

Your recruiter will coordinate the interview schedule with the client and the candidate. The client will evaluate and interview the candidates, then decide who to extend the offer to.

STEP 5

Start Job Offer

Your recruiter starts with the job offer process which includes creating the scope of work, and sending the job offer to the candidate.

STEP 6

Start Onboarding

If the candidate accepts the job offer, your recruiter will endorse the new hire to Satellite Teams HR to begin onboarding, which includes setting up payroll, benefits, taxes, and other requirements.
